TRANSFER NEWS: I am staying in Charleston and my new companion will be Sister Paulson. :) Sister Sorenson will be heading down to Roanoke VA tomorrow AND I AM SO EXCITED FOR HER.
Monday: We went and played volleyball with the zone leaders, assistants and sissionville elders. It was really fun! Fun fact about Sis Schoe...I bruise REALLY easily so I had bruises up my arms for the rest of the week. IT WAS AWESOME. ha.
Tuesday: We taught a lot; Sis Payne, Brother Carr, Debra Jones, Shirley, and Sister Jarvis. twas good. Nothing really special...that I can remember.
Wednesday: We tried a lot of our investigators and potentials. Kinda a crazy day. The assistants called us and asked us to come to the office so we could switch our car AGAIN. (ill never get used to this.) So we went and cleaned our car REAL FAST. (probably the fastest i've ever cleaned a car) and gave Carl back. Then we got Frederick . Frederick is a 2016 Toyota Corolla. Lots of elders have had it before us, so there's tons of stains in the car. Its SO fun. haha. We also had a member buy us Panera. :) so good!!
Thursday: My last weekly planning sesh with Sister Sore... we taught bro cupit, and an investigator named Shirley! :) A member brought us so many groceries! #blessed
Friday: It was Sister Paynes Birthday!!! :) We had district meeting. :) We taught Debra Jones, Sis Gordon; her two year old gave me sticker with a black man on it. It's hilarious, Susan Minnich, And Sis Andrews.
Saturday: It was Sister Bell's Birthday!!!!!! :) We saw the Stones (a LA family), and Sis Scott; she gave us scarves and bracelets. We found out Sister Sorenson was leaving... :(
Sunday: We had church in our own building!! YAYYYY!! We practiced the musical number for Elder Cook this weekend. I made the assistants stay and practice with us. They were offended that we didn't ask them to sing earlier. As President Lindhardt calls them...those knuckleheads. Then we took some fun pictures! Then we started the goodbyes. Sis Sore said goodbye to Sis Jarvis, and others. We got chased by a dog. :( I HATE DOGS. This dogs bark sent chills up my spine. I was shaking so bad. I could barely even move. It was awful. It was the biggest fattest dog I've even seen. Anyways..I'm never getting a dog. We've had people basically partying all weekend long in the house next to ours, we were talking about it and I told Sister Sorenson that I'd rather party with God. Hence the title of my email "If that's how God's partying, thats how im gonna party!"
Monday: We taught Sis Payne and Sis New. She said goodbye to the Mouls and Sis Andrews. We sprayed our house for bugs, before the new sisters came. I REALLY like spraying for bugs. I kinda went crazy with it and sprayed everything. And I mean everything.
Tuesday: We had district meeting. :) We taught on obedience and enduring to the end. IT TWAS KILLER. Plus I realized I am the oldest missionary in our district. # ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh hhhhhhhhhhhhhh. We taught Sis Payne, Bro Cupit, we practiced our musical number, we ate dinner with the Whites, and cleaned our house and made beds for the new sisters. :) It was a really hectic day. But fun. :)
Well, thats about it. Haha. Super pumped to stay in Chuckston. Super pumped to have Sister Paulson as my comp. Super pumped to still be a sister training leader. Super pumped to be a missionary.
To explain of my pictures. I really like penguins. While we were out tracting, Sis Sore got on the ground to pray for miracles to happen. We got these awesome scarves that i've been getting creative with. The rest...dont really need to be explained.
Me and Sis Sore had a lot of fun this week and I really am gonna miss her so much. Hopefully I can rise up to the challenge! :)
I LOVE YOU TO THE MOON AND BACK! (Elder Schoemig, get your own signature goodbye)
